This property underwent a complete renovation and extensions fit for modern family living. For the front extension we opened the external lounge wall to make a larger living space, finished on the exterior with brick piers and new silicone based, self-cleaning K-rend. Composite cladding replaced old rotten timber cladding and new anthracite front and garage doors were fitted. Fascia and soffits were replaced throughout to give a cleaner look and the front of house was finished by building a new garden wall and laying a block paved driveway for multi vehicles. A traditional build single storey parapet extension with large, raised patio area is an outstanding addition to the rear of the property. Opening the full width of the house to make one large kitchen/living space, the 10m long 300×300 steel spliced and bolted down the middle, supporting the upstairs of the house. We installed a warm roof system with pre-formed insulation to allow water to run at the correct falls to outlets. Works also included installing a new boiler and radiators, kitchen and 2 bathrooms as well as internal decoration, joinery and flooring.
