Barry joined T Coleborn’s in 1988 having previously worked as a Project Design & Mechanical Engineer. He was appointed Managing Director in 1998 and has since taken Coleborn’s from strength to strength upholding the company’s esteemed ethos & quality workmanship. Barry prides himself on his close working relationship with employees & clients alike,
overseeing all projects from beginning to end with a hands-on approach.
Luke is the newest member of the team joining T Coleborn’s in 2020. A Bricklayer by trade Luke has also worked as a senior Site Manager for over 7 years on varied new build & refurbishment projects gaining invaluable team leadership & communication skills. Luke also has over 15 years’ experience working in and pricing private homes, something he has built up a passion for.
Having joined T Coleborn’s as a Carpentry apprentice in 2010 and later studying Advanced level Construction Contracting Ben has worked his way up to Contracts Manager & Estimator. Ben works closely with site managers and tradesmen to keep projects on track and resolve any issues, as well as keeping clients fully updated and discussing any changes or finer details as the development progresses. Ben is BM Trada Q Mark Certified. This means we are able to safely install, maintain and inspect fire doors, ensuring they are compliant and fit for purpose.
Peter is a Chartered Builder and Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, his 42 year career in construction started as a time served carpenter & joiner. He made the transition into management with a local contractor and qualified for the CIOB through part time studies. Having worked on numerous contracts within Portsmouth for a regional contractor he joined Coleborns in 1994. Working principally on larger contracts Peter’s extensive experience of estimating and quantity surveying is put to good use. He has a wealth of experience with the complexities of alteration and refurbishment projects particularly works on historic and Listed Buildings. With his knowledge of construction and project management he is a valued part of the T Coleborns team.
