The Foreman for both projects has been the same person and he gets to know our tenants and is always polite and helpful. This has been especially important during the current remodel that has spanned the whole of the COVID 19 pandemic. They have managed to carry on working for most of the time and have adapted their working pattern and routine to fit with getting the project moving after lock down and to continue almost on schedule.
